1. Seller and acceptance
Trade With V1N is a trading education service supplied by v1ntrades. Your agreement for access to our self-paced digital courses is with v1ntrades. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age to enter this agreement or have appropriate parent or guardian authorization.
2. Education, not financial advice
Our recorded lessons, historical case studies, worksheets and self-assessment exercises are for general educational purposes only. No professional advisory services, individualized recommendations, 1:1 mentorship, personal trade reviews, portfolio management, trading signals or live advisory sessions are included. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a signal service, or recommendations to buy or sell any asset. You are responsible for your own decisions. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of capital. No lesson or membership guarantees profitability, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Memberships and payments
Starter is USD $49 per month, Pro is USD $99 per month and Elite is USD $249 per month, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. All memberships provide digital-only educational content and online access. Benefits consist of self-paced recorded courses and downloadable learning materials, not personalized services. No physical products, shipped materials or in-person sessions are included. v1ntrades arranges digital access manually outside this app after confirming payment. Cancellation stops future renewals and retains access until the paid period ends. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the difference; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Arrange plan changes with v1ntrades through the product-support channel supplied with your membership. Test transactions do not constitute a live purchase. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activities, fraud or spam; infringe intellectual property rights; distribute malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape the service without authorization; or harass other members. Do not redistribute paid lessons, recordings or community materials, resell access, or bypass access restrictions.
5. Intellectual property
v1ntrades retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including lessons, recordings, documentation, software and branding, except third-party materials owned by their respective owners. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use included materials for your own learning, not to reproduce or redistribute them.
6. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and protect any account credentials supplied to you. You are responsible for activity under your account and must have permission to share any materials you send in a support request. Support covers access and billing, not trading decisions. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive financial information or brokerage credentials.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable educational service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, technical failures or events beyond our control may affect availability. Course access is subject to the included digital materials described for your plan.
8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. Applicable consumer rights and any refund rights continue to apply. Ordinary subscription cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms presented at checkout and Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
9. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal data. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
