Who is responsible
v1ntrades, trading as Trade With V1N, is the data controller for personal information we determine how and why to process in providing our trading education service. Paddle separately handles payment-related information under its own Privacy Notice.
Information and purposes
- Website and device information: our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request logs and diagnostic data to deliver the website, troubleshoot failures and prevent abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable service.
- Contact and support information: if you contact us or purchase a membership, we may process your name, email, order reference and messages to answer questions and provide access to the purchased digital courses. Support does not include personal trade reviews or investment recommendations. The bases are contract performance and our legitimate interest in customer support.
- Transaction records: relevant purchase or subscription references and billing status may be shared by Paddle to administer access, resolve billing questions and meet accounting obligations, on the bases of contract performance and legal obligation.
The email signup form currently validates your entry only in your browser. It does not save your email or send marketing messages. We do not currently provide an account-registration form on this website. If these features are introduced, this notice will be updated before new processing begins. Marketing requiring consent will only be sent after that consent is obtained.
Who receives information
Information may be shared with hosting and other service providers needed to operate the service; Paddle as Merchant of Record for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional legal or accounting advisers where necessary; and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Support records are retained while a request is active and for any necessary follow-up; technical logs are retained for operational and security needs; purchase records are retained for applicable accounting and legal requirements. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires further retention. The current preview email form has no stored email record to retain.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information. No online system is completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive financial credentials.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses browser session storage to remember whether its introductory animation has played. This does not store your email. Hosting and payment services may use essential cookies or similar storage for security and checkout. We have not added advertising cookies or marketing trackers to this website. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings; blocking essential storage may affect checkout. Non-essential tracking, if added, will be subject to applicable consent requirements.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Requests concerning information held by v1ntrades should be directed to v1ntrades through the product-support channel supplied with your membership. Requests concerning payment data held by Paddle can be made through its Privacy Notice or paddle.net.
International processing and updates
Hosting and payment providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses apply. This notice will be updated as our service changes, with the effective date shown above.
